Here are some examples of cartoonizing (vectoring) photos, made by me using photoshop.

Vectoring ( vector graphics)
Vectoring is mainly defined as the use of geometrical primitives such as points, lines, curves, and shapes or polygon(s), which are all based on mathematical equations, to represent images in computer graphics.
The vector shape can be a line, a curve, or an open or closed irregular shape that can be filled with a color or gradient, while the Bitmap defines an image as a grid of colored pixels, and it stores the color for each pixel in the image. That's why vectoring is used on bitmaps shapes .

The difference between vector and bitmap
Vectoring can also be defined as a really cool and awesome way to cartoonize photos in an artistic way .
